Easy self-removal & return postage

All our products are designed for simple self-removal. We provide step-by-step removal instructions and pre-addressed mailing labels for return postage.

Same-day repair by qualified technicians

All repairs are carried out by our certified technicians. Standard protocol dictates each product is repaired the same day it is received. Payment (if required) must be received before repairs begin.

Returned within 1–2 business days

We offer a refund, exchange or credit within relevant warranty guidelines in the following circumstances.

When we offer a refund, exchange or credit

  • The goods are faulty and cannot be repaired (within the 1st year standard warranty only)
  • The goods have been wrongly described
  • The goods are different from a sample shown to you

Important conditions

  • Retain your invoice or order confirmation — required to validate all warranty claims
  • Change of mind returns cannot generally be accepted due to health and safety reasons
  • Returns may incur up to a 20% restocking fee and/or shipping costs
  • Proof of manufacturer's fault required before any replacement part is dispatched
