All Bidets come with a Manufactures warranty that covers 100% replacement parts and labor for 12 months.
If your Bidet incurs a problem we request that you contact our seven day a week support centre as most issues can be solved over the phone. If this is not the case we will arrange free shipment to our support centre, where all repairs are carried out by a qualified technician. Products are normally repaired the same day and once the repair and testing has been carried out the Bidet is shipped back to you free of charge immediately.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
You can feel at ease that if your bidet breaks down due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period we will gladly pay for authorised shipment of your bidet to our repair centre.
It's not your fault if you have a problem so why should it cost you money to send it for repair. This service is unique to the bidet shop and is not offered by any other company to our knowledge.

Please choose carefully we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or you have measured incorrectly or for health reasons if the bidet has been used.
We will refund exchange or credit if the goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, have been wrongly described or are different from a sample show to you.
Please retain your invoice for the period of your warranty.
Any returns may incur up to 20% restocking fee and/or shipping costs.
